RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning:

  • Conduct market and competitor research to build marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with Account, Creative, and Digital teams to execute strategies.
  • Manage the marketing funnel across Lead → Opportunity → Deal, ensuring seamless customer journeys and data-driven optimization at each stage.

Automation & AI:

  • Implement automation workflows (CRM, email, social, reporting).
  • Utilize AI for analytics, content creation, and campaign optimization.
  • Build automated dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, Meta/Google).

Digital Execution:

  • Run and optimize digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and SEO.
  • Manage marketing funnels, perform A/B testing, and optimize for KPI & ROI.
  • Coordinate with Content/Design/Media teams to produce marketing assets.

Reporting:

  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Analyze data and propose growth-driven optimizations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance / Marketing Automation.
  • Understanding of Meta, Google, TikTok, SEO, GA4.
  • Experience with AI tools and automation platforms (Make, Zapier, HubSpot).
  • Strong data analysis, logical thinking, and time management.
  • English communication is an advantage.
  • Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable to new technologies.
