RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the Creative and Project teams to develop ideas and execute visual content according to client requirements.
- Produce creative and innovative visual concepts to enhance the quality of visual content, meet customer needs, and align with company goals.
- Monitor, manage, and guide team members in the creative team to ensure project progress and job quality.
- Manage and work with a team of freelancers to ensure quality results that meet client requirements and project goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of equivalent experience in the field.
- Proficient in using graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Adobe Premier, After Effect, and AI to develop projects efficiently.
- Understanding of art concepts such as layout, color, and creative thinking.
- Experience working in an agency is an advantage.
- Experience in team management, process development, and operation.
- Salary range: 3P.
